Including the planning, liaison, negotiating, resource reallocation, promotional material writing, budget and timeframe setting and monitoring, all aspects are covered and effectively discharged.  With a focus on the internal marketing and liaison required to ensure long-term success demonstrated strong organisational, time and project management skills, and is a successful communicator able to liaise and build relationships at all levels, being empathetic to different backgrounds and personal circumstances.

Elena is also very competent at meeting all time and budget constraints.  Trained in Project Management techniques, she formulates and follows project schedules, with special attention to timeframes where they impact, or are impacted by, other people.   Regular communication updates are routinely provided, and all discussions are confirmed by email ‘for the record’.
